IT IS HELPFUL BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PRESCRIPTION FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY.
The intitial visit includes history, movement analysis/ evaluation, treatment, home instruction, and patient setting goals/plan with Susan. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your preferred shoe wear. A plan of care will then be faxed to your primary care physician.
